What is the nicest neighborhood in or near Fairmont West Virginia?

Being transferred to Fairmont for my job. No clue where to start looking for a house. Prefer new construction.

    I live in Buckhannon WV and it is about 40 minutes from Fairmont.
    I don’t know much about Fairmont but Buckhannon (Upshur County) is a small friendly town
